Ordered a Panasonic lens online and received a message to say it was out of stock. I was given an apology and offered an immediate refund. The price was good and no one else had any stock so I decided to stick with ESV. ESV undertook to chase up their order with Panasonic. Good communications from them throughout and the lens was delivered next day once stocks had been received. Things will go wrong occasionally even in the very best of organisations. For me the test is how things are put right and ESV passed with flying colours. Highly recommended.
