I purchased a G-Raid Thunderbolt 4TB Hard Disk from ESV. It started to perform erratically. I emailed the company and stated that I had a deadline video editing project and needed the data. I can only say how brilliant ESV were in response. I received an email almost immediately and was offered a replacement drive to copy the data on to before I needed to return the faulty drive.
