There was initially a problem with the distributor but they handled the whole situation perfectly and even offered to deliver on a weekend when they received my item. Very responsible, reliable and on the ball. I was impressed by their very hands-on and personable customer service and will definitely be using them in the future, especially if delivery is time-sensitive. Highly recommended.
