I don't usually give tens all round but I really couldn't think of a way that this could be improved. This is very different from the type of service you see on Watchdog! I was anticipating young guys in bomber jackets who I'd be reluctant to hand my car too. What I got was friendly experienced staff who took great car to explain what they were up to and even came looking for us when we misread the directions.
