We used the Meet and Greet parking at Luton for the first time with some concern about how it all worked. Everything went smoothly once we had located the short term car park! It was difficult to judge the 20 minutes notice required as we were doing the journey for the first time! The return, for the collection, was very efficient. The drivers were polite and helpful. We will certainly use the service again.
