I was surprised that no inspection of my vehicle was carried out by Easy Park staff when it was collected from me so had any damage been incurred it would have been problematic as it happened there was no damage so it wasnt an issue but i would have been happier if both parties agreed on the state of the vehicle prior to handover to protect both parties. The car was some time being delivered back to us ( around 30 mins ) for which the driver apologized and promised a 15% discount if we used Easy Park in the future . The main issue being for me the inspection prior to handover, if this is sorted in the future i would use Easy Park again
