Cheska was attentive patient and informative when my company was trying to secure office space. She made a follow ups after each visit, sent me information in advance to do virtual viewings. She was attentive to detail. She made us as a company valued, she showed interest and made the search seemingly pleasurable. You come across sales people that want to push you to make decisions immediately before you have processed what you are doing, this was contrary to my experience with Cheska. She responded to my needs. It was her style of presentation that persuaded our decision to take on the offices at Regus. Many sales people could take a leaf from Cheska’s approach, very plausible and excellent people skills.
