Do NOT buy from this company.
I have NEVER received such BAD customer service. Goods arrived damaged (concealed damage) and they try to hide behind a 24 hour notification rule. The ‘after sales specialist’ was anything from that - rude, aggressive , arrogant, repetitive- did not allow me to speak! This company sent out faulty, damaged goods to me - then tried to blame the 3rd party delivery company. Packaging inadequate, goods of poor quality and concealed damage (hidden by packaging). ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. UNPROFESSIONAL. Refused to transfer me to someone more Senior to speak with. There are other reputable companies to buy from - certainly very angry and disappointed with Easy Equipment.
