AVOID this company at all costs. They tell their delivery drivers not to give you paperwork so you have no leg to stand on when your item arrives damaged. I also had to help the driver get the fridge out of the lorry which is ridiculous.
Our fridge arrived with extensive damage last week, customer service are awful (I appreciate they're working from home but still absolute rubbish responses and no resolution).
Offered £20 compensation (which I have declined) for a damaged £390 fridge. They make it very difficult to communicate or resolve any issues. Constantly used loopholes. Scammers, would not use again and would never recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible.
