I have created an account on 28th July for a one-time quick file conversion, which I eventually didn't proceeded with and after that date, my credit card was constantly being charged without any notification, although I haven’t used any services at all.
I sent them email asking for refund but didn't get any answer at all, even after a few reminders. I would rather contact the bank for advice on further actions. Please anyone also advice. Live chat is not working.
