I wish I had seen this forum before ordering from Easyflowers. The pictures will tell the story between what is promised and advertised on their website and what is actually delivered. BEWARE of the clause you agree to which is about substituting for available stock. They are advertising falsely and should be prosecuted. The arrangement that I sent to my friend who had just lost her beloved Mum bears almost no resemblance to the photo on their website for an arrangement called Ailish. Not only are the flowers different, they didn't even match with the colours of the advertsied arrangement. I chose an arrangement with some native flora and some specific colours for a reason - and I didn't get these. The arrangement delivered looks to be about a third of the size/number of flowers that were in the pictured product. I made a complaint and was offered a $25 refund on the $115 that I spent. Will never use again and I hope this review reaches more people so others don't get sucked in and bitterly disappointed.
