Today Easyflowers promptly delivered an arrangement that I had purchased, not long after the order was placed. My son sent me a picture of the flowers I had sent to welcome his & his partner's new baby girl. The flowers looked good but not at all like the arrangement I thought I was buying. I had chosen 'Edith' because it advertised 'arrangement, lily, pastel, pink, rose, rose spray, stock' & had a pinky peach bow which I thought entirely suitable for a baby girl. As you can see, there is nothing pastel or pink about it (apart from a bright pink bow) & there is a paucity of roses & an abundance of greenery. It is advertised that customers would be contacted if flowers needed to be substituted due to non-availability. I was not contacted & was very disappointed that I paid a total price of $128.90 for an arrangement that was so unlike the one advertised. I am a very unhappy customer.
