Ordered flowers for 2 different people in one week. The first delivery arrived but flowers only. The add on balloon was delivered 5 hours later as it got damaged.
The second Delivery the person did not recieve flowers. I instructed driver to leave around the back if no one was home. Easy flowers checked and driver delivered them but did not follow instructions and left out the front and they were stolen.
