They say your money is protected. Oh yes it is, because you can't get it back. If you paid with a card/account that's now not in use/closed, you need to wait 7 working days for that payment to bounce back and (now this is the funny part) then get a letter from that bank/credit card company to confirm that you've not received it. What's the point in the bank confirming this when the account is closed AND the money has bounced back to easyjet?? . How can I have the money and it bounce back?? Laughable
