I requested a refund and only now I have realised they not interested to refund or replace goods.
I will not use them or any associated Easy group of companies. I have lost £27.98 Their customer service staff are rude and unhelpful and its probably what they are train to do. My 87 year old mother is stuck with an item which she can not use or get a replacement for a bigger size. Two sizes too small. so you can imagine she just had a look at it.!!
I was going to purchase other items but not anymore.
