I don’t as a rule do reviews on things but am so angry that this company Easylife are nothing but scammers who prey on the elderly. I ordered 2 items in June and paid for them, then bombarded with pamphlets. This week discovering they took £74.99 I telephoned their customer services dept spoke to a very rude man who said I must have signed up for a supercard club which I did not and would not. He told me he was doing me a favour by letting me know I was paying for the call to which I asked for his name, surprise surprise he didn’t have to give it. Tried emailing them ...invalid email after all the time drafting a letter. He said he would put me through to another number I asked was I paying for this call he said no. Spoke to a lady rude again asked her name it sounded like Asonde and asked to spell it to which she replied ber name was Chris!!!she said I would get a refund in 5 days...I know I wont, she sounded like she was just trying to get rid of me. Asked her if I was paying for the call, she said YES. Sorry for rambling but please don’t let any of your family or friends, particularly the elderly and vunerable order from these scammers. They should be called hardlife not easylife. Will update on these people. They must be accountable.
