Clearly pointless making telephone calls! when the telephone system has seemingly "switched off", whilst I echo the negative comments regarding frustrations of long delays and deficient customer service, in fairness to Easy Life Group whilst my patience is running out, given that payment is not being deducted from my bank account until goods have been dispatched (protection masks ordered 13/05/20), on reflection surely some level of tolerance during these challenging unprecedented times for excessive delays is probably acceptable in the circumstances??
