I have been a customer for many years and have never had a problem with delivery but am in the same situation now as other people have reported. I also ordered face masks 5 weeks ago and yes there was a delay because of the current situation. The package is now with the "friendly" Hermes courier who I am still waiting to meet. |It is now the 5th day when they say delivery will be between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. and then after those times the update comes through with "slight delay will deliver as soon as possible" When Easylife told me it was to be delivered by Hermes I was concerned - I was right. The "couriers" are actually self-employed drivers who use their own vehicles and will deliver when it suits them. There has been bad press about Hermes for some time. Why the face masks were not sent by post I do not understand - we pay for postage and packing. I also have another order placed but I have sent a note to cancel it, as it would probably arrive in the next century with a bit of luck!
