Like so many other people, my order was placed on 3 May, allegedly despatched on 13 May (when my credit card was charged) but nothing received despite emails, unanswered phone calls and a complaint letter sent recorded delivery. They blame the fallout from the virus but have the gall to bombard me with catalogues saying "Covid 19 - we are delivering as normal". Totally unacceptable and disreputable.
