Easy life are beyond terrible. Ordered via phone was told items are in stock. Their website said items in stock.
Delivery date 9/6/20. Nothing
Tried phoning no one to answer, phone is cut off But If you ring to order something you get through Straight away.
I have just had a phone call from easylife saying as an existing customer I am entitled to a discount, how can they have the bare faced cheek to phone me to make an order when they cannot answer a customer service call. Woman today could not help me with my existing order. It all beggars belief.
I emailed them 3 days ago to cancel my order with a request to email me back acknowledging my cancellation. I have not heard from them.
Easylife is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal
