My order went in on the 16th of June / turn around 3 days - I've had automated emails talking about delays and on 26 June I was told the goods were on way and that they could be tracked. The tracker did not work. 5 days later - nothing has been received. I contacted customer services and got an autmomated email saying that they were experiencing delays. The 'phone lines were jammed and I was asked to call back later. I triend their order line and got through in 3 minutes. The order line is in South Africa. Naturally she could not help, but intereseting that they are still taking orders. Don't bother to put an order in would be my advice!
