Ordered face masks on 06/06/20 via their telephone service. The website showed that they were coming soon. Got advised on 07/07/20 that my parcel was now with Hermes for delivery. Package arrived this morning and only contained a number of leaflets, there were no masks in the package. Tried ringing customer services several times and they are not taking calls at the moment. Rang the order line and got answered quickly, but the person who answered just diverted my call to customer services who of course were not answering. I called the order line again and asked the man who answered to deal with my problem and not divert me to the customer services. The man became very aggressive and I had to put the phone down. Please be aware of ordering from this company because if anything goes wrong, as there appears to be many problems, you will have great difficulty in getting your problem dealt with and you will probably lose your money.
