I am absolutely fuming and wish I had read this page full of complaints weeks ago.
I did an online order for face masks on 5th July. My money was taken out of my account on 8th July. I received the email on 9th July saying my order had been dispatched. It is now July 18th. Where is my order. I tried to get hold of someone on the phone loads of times yesterday, but no success. So sent them an email. I On top of that the company have taken even more money out of my account. It remains to be seen whether they reply to my email. The only thing I can do now is to see someone at my bank and hope I can get my money back. I am so angry. They don't deserve the 1 star I have given them.
