I ordered in May was asked to contact in August about the order and replied by email to cancel - then received the order in the post. I called customer services and was told to write an email - and that gave an automated reply suggesting I phone! Then have just received my bank statement and noticed I have been charged twice for an order I can’t recall even making.
I have asked to be removed from their mailing list via an email to their DPO and yet received a catalogue today which I am returning to sender.
This company is dysfunctional. The staff on the ground must be totally stressed taking calls from irate customers, I asked to speak to a senior manager and the answer was simply I had to write in. When I asked for the name of the head of Complaints or customer services - I was told named could not be given because of Data Protection - which is nonsense.
