Ordered a manual with VIN that they say "This service is labour intensive and so we aim to deliver your unique customised manual within 24 hours. Dependant on the vehicle specification and vehicle manufacturer this may be a lot sooner or on very rare occasions a few hours longer. " It has already taken three working days and the order is still in state Processing. I made a ticket and got no answer.
