Seamless service. Got a price off them
Monday, chose a collection day and was given a time slot of 12-4pm. Got an email confirming this. If it’s a prestige vehicle you need a V5 but not necessary otherwise although you do need ID (read the terms). Driver text me when he was close by and then photographed my ID when he arrived. And that was it. I received no paperwork from him. Payments are made at the end of the day and I received mine promptly. Job done!
