It all started when I had an issue with my head gasket and I just wasn’t confident in the repair cost vs my value in the car as it was due for a change anyway, having owned it for a number of years. I wasn’t sure where to go so tried a couple of services I found online and in this case I was coming in cold. They were fantastic guys to deal with, great and quick communication from day 1. I felt a bit out of my depth having not done this before but they explained the process and stuck to their word from day one. I’d say they were friendly, reliable and professional throughout which after reading horror stories online about other companies I was was worried - but as someone who has just had my car collected and money in my bank before it was loaded onto the transporter, I’m really happy to have found and used them. Would highly recommend if you’re in a situation like I was.
