I am alive today by the grace of God and his devoted servants Sami and Dr. Mensah. I was bedridden over 2 years severe anxiety, brain scans showed severe PTSD from extreme undermethylation and pyroluria. My family suffered the same repeated patterns for generations. The same terrible ending...hopeless demise. I chose to not take any form of synthetic medication and The Walsh protocol and Sami's diet were to be my last hope. I was 46 yrs old at the time. I'm 7 years into the nutrient protocol, back on my feet, healthier than I've ever been and back in the cockpit as a professional pilot and still zero synthetic drugs of any sort other than the occasional aspirin. Lifelong Anxiety is g-o-n-e! Thanks be to Jesus Christ and people who genuinely care , as dear Sami certainly does. She is genuinely devoted to the healing of the whole person instead of prescribing mere "band-aids" that are terribly addictive and only mask a few symptoms at best.
