When I made a mistake with my order date, they were quick to accomodate a very fast turnaround. The products looked great (unfortunately I did not get to taste any). My only feedback would be to look at the way the product is deliveered. I ordered 3 boxes of 15 cupcakes, and 3 in each tray were squished which made the presentation of the gift not as nice as it could have been.
