Pleased with the customer support service, communications throughout. Unfortunately some of the ink had 'blown' on the QR code of the cookies which made it harder to scan and also looked like they were ''damaged' because of this. There were quite a few in every box, which was a real shame as it ruined the aesthetics of the cookie. almost like they had got wet and smudged the ink. I know that wasn't the case because they were individually wrapped so I am not sure what happened here.
