I got these a fun surprise treat for my wife's birthday (not the only thing I got her I hasten to add!) The photo's looked clear as possible on the biscuit and the actual shortbread biscuit itself was tasty. Delivery was swift with no problem as it was posted through the letterbox and despite a drop to the hard floor, it didn't break the biscuits. I have to add that the ordering process was easy and it was clear how to upload the photo's various places they were stored on my computer. All in all, love the product and concept and will definitely use again for other purposes. Many thanks
