The app placed an order twice for the same food. Was told to call this company which I did and Andrea answered and was the rudest person I’ve ever delt with. She said I placed the order twice which I told her I didn’t and that it could be an issue with the system especially since that’s what the restaurant I ordered from said it happens all the time with this company. Then she said she can’t get me a supervisor and when I asked why she said she can’t disclose the reason and said I would just need to call back in. Will never use that company again. You could just tell she hates her just because I wasn’t rude at all and once I told her the call is being recorded she fixed her attitude.
