My order took over an hour and a half to be delivered. In that time I contacted customer service 3 times. The first time I reported and waited the additional 15-20 minutes. As it was still not delivered I contacted again asking for refund to go elsewhere. After the third chat and still no delivery or response to my request for refund, I called to request refund. They sent me a $7 coupon for my $70 order to use on a service that I will obviously not use again.
If you are hungry do not order through Eat Street!
