Ordered, in good time, a set of discs and pads, to complete repairs for an MOT. I spent overspecified amount to get delivery within 48 hours.
Parts never arrived on time in given time frame and, on ringing EBC Direct, was told parts not even despatched. Had to pay £100s more for garage to source parts to get car on road.
