I place an order on the 21st of March didn’t receive my item until April 6 their was nobody that notified of what’s going on with my order at first they had cancel my order and return my payment after a week of waiting they took the payment out once again so once the products came one of the packages was ripped with hair sticking out and the other two was open as if someone had tampered with the hair so I called but the number didn’t work so then I email someone and they finally answer I took pictures and sent them my issue after I had to email three different times I finally got someone who email the manager only for the manager to say that the products was find only cosmetics issue towards the package I’m a person that understands that quality is better that quantity I felt some time of way seeing my packages that I just opened up damaged and opened Ebonyline is a unprofessional place for business I will never shopped there again I was a first time customer and will be a last time customer
