Scam. They must be going out of business b/c customer service is garbage. Allegedly package was delivered to my address via fed ex so I guess my doorbell camera is glitching. Called fed ex who advised me package was delivered to my city, no specific address noted (what??) just my city. They advised me that Ebonyline could open an investigation. Reached out to these fools ay ebonyline yet again and they refused to open an investigation (what?). Would not even look into the matter which sort of tells me something is up. I have ordered from Ebonyline multiple times over the years spending a good bit of money, they were decent at one time, and this is how they treat customers now? Tell me you want to go out of business but commit a big heist first without telling me you want to go out of business while robbing people of their hard earned cash. Anyway, I intend to take this all the way and have put a stop on my cc payment (which you can do by calling your credit card company after reaching out to Ebonyline first so you have done due diligence-take screen shots of all interactions). After this I will be having this fed ex scam looked into and reporting them to everyone I can for bad business, hell, my husband is a lawyer and maybe a class action is needed (hit me up) but nah, they are probably going under and are penniless. I intend to make them suffer though because I do not appreciate theft.
