I purchased 4 wigs, returned 3 with in their 7 days return policy with tracking and emails to prove that I did but after several stonewalling, I was told that I cannot get my refund because it over 20 days.
They refused to answer telephone calls or return calls. Instead someone with the name Daejonna D sent very rude and dismissive answers now he or she refuses to verify my request or refund my money. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any company.
It is unfair for customers to have a merchant have such blatant disregard for customers money and or patronage.
