Just like other women in the comments, my package was marked as delivered but not actually delivered to the correct address and I had sent Ebonyline proof from my RING camera and the picture provided by the FEDEX driver. Which happens to be a picture of the ground... NO PACKAGE. The first email that I sent, Ebonyline completely ignored me even with the proof I sent attached to the email. My second attempt, I reached out to Ebonyline again, this time via Paypal. My dispute was denied because Ebonyline stated that my package was delivered to the correct address provided by the customer. Therefore, I contacted Ebonyline again stating that I’ve been a customer since highschool… never asked for a refund, had any issues or anything else. I also stated that FEDEX is willing to provide the proof as well so that my issue can be resolved. FEDEX also stated that, Ebonyline would have to contact a certain department for the information and open up an investigation, but in all honestly the proof of delivery itself should be enough because the package wasn’t stolen or lost but delivered to a different address not listed via the delivery driver and the open complaint, I have on him. Ebonyline responded back stating that they've only seen three orders made from my account. I let them know my address and email I had in high school I no longer use of course. Therefore, you wouldn't see all my orders… which was very unprofessional. Let's start there. Second, the Paypal was denied because it was delivered to the correct address listed. Although, I sent proof it wasn't yet that’s the excuse they gave Paypal. Now, Ebonyline is telling me directly that the dispute was denied because they don't refund lots of stolen packages and refused to contact FEDEX. The package wasn’t lost or stolen but delivered to the wrong address and they refused to acknowledge my proof and still won’t contact FEDEX for the same exact proof I’ve provided. Ebnoyline also stated that if it sent FEDEX ground the lost or stolen policy wouldn’t apply. FEDEX verified it was sent through ground. I can’t believe a company would behave as such… from now on I will only order from Sam’s Beauty going forward. I am asking for a refund because I had to turn around and buy bundles and a closure from my local beauty supplies store to replace the wig. I haven’t seen my husband in a while since he’s stationed and 65 hours away from me. I was so excited to celebrate our anniversary and get cute for him… Ebonyline almost ruined that moment for me. I'm happy I got to the beauty store in time for another option. Now I just want to be refunded and never use their company again. I plan to post this review everywhere I can and contact the BBB about this issue. I’ve also heard individuals talking about a class action lawsuit and I am very much interested. This issue seems to be every time someone gets a wig via FEDEX; out of all the times I ordered before and successfully received a package it wasn't through FEDEX but Priority Mail.
