I agree with the others. Their customer service is awful!! I ordered something that was the wrong length. I chatted with them explaining this and they told me we’ll send you a return label for you to return it. I was waiting for them to start raining again to let me know what the process was for me to receive another item that I ordered. I had to initiate the the question asking will you be sending me the correct item? The reply I received was you will need to return what you received first and get a refund and you’ll have to place a new order. Who has time for that? I needed the item when I needed it, not have to receive it wrong, return it back due to their mistake, get refunded, order another one and receive it.
Additionally, they will send an email stating that something is out of stock when they show that it is in stock online, very deceiving. You’re taking your chances if you order from them.
