Good morning, I am a customer of Ebonyline for quite some time. I have ALWAYS been impressed with their customer service and their speedy response, so much so that I have written numerous POSITIVE google reviews. A couple of weeks ago I received a package. It had my first name and it had .”BECKY “ as a middle name along with my last name. I assure you, my middle name is not Becky. I Proceeded to look at my account that I have with the company and saw that it had “ Becky with the good hair” as my middle name, and then my last name. After a couple of days I emailed your customer service explaining to your company service how disrespectful that is. How my name is not even remotely close to “BECKY”. Let’s be clear we all know the phrase “ Becky with the good hair “ . I received a response that maybe it was auto filled, Yes, it was , due to the name that is on the account that I have with your company. The problem is my name is not Becky nor have I told anyone at your establishment that was my name. I debated whether or not I was going to write this review and decided that I should and hopefully this can be a “learning lesson” . I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and will no longer Use Ebony line for my hair needs. When you know better do better!
