Ebonyline is the absolute worst company to do business with! Stay far away from this company! I had been dealing with them for years! I made a huge purchase with them and 2 of my items (drawstring ponytails) to be exact were defective. They told me I could return it, and I did. I kept emailing them to see what the hold up was with my refund…and that the items have been returned and I have confirmation of delivery via usps! These ppl kept saying that they would look into it. They never did. Months later I get a return of my defective ponytails that I sent back to them. They are so unprofessional and will never get another coin from me! I don’t care if it is my favorite hair piece and they are the only ones in the city that have it on hand! Keep your coins and spend them elsewhere!! I hope karma kicks them in the you know what soon!!! There’s no reason to treat your customers the way that you do! I hope yall go out of business!!!
