I have had the most miserable experience, ordering desktop computer equipment from Ebuyer. I began the process nine days ago. My first order came back saying my card had been declined. I ordered again. I was then told I'd been selected for random checking of personal details. I submitted the required information. I was then told the required information hadn't been received. I submitted it again. I was eventually told the information was satisfactory and I could submit my order again. I had to re-do the entire order. I submitted it. I was then told my card had been declined. I have now re-submitted it. God knows whether I'm going to end up going round the entire circle all over again. The experience has been frankly awful. I have wasted a week and a half in the process. I have spent hours doing it. And I'm no nearer getting the equipment I've ordered. You MUST do something about your customer service. Chris Smith
