I'm buying the laptop purely on price. I'm not impressed with the customer service I've received but as I'm buying for someone else and can't find the same spec elsewhere I'm having to use ebuyer.
It's very poor to cancel someone's order on a Sunday and give them no means of contacting your company. Yes you wanted to check my ID and wanted a copy of my passport email to you. I feel you should have highlighted this at time of purchase and given me 1-2 days to comply, then consider cancelling my order.
Then what you should have then done is re created my order for me instead of just telling me I can order again now if I want.
I'm so glad I've order this for my father in law as he would never had understood the process or be able to provide the documents you require as he has no scanner or camera on his mobile.
His laptop will now be delayed and there's no offer to honor the original delivery date!
Not impressed to be honest in such a competitive market you should be doing better than this.
