I have little complaint regarding Ebuyer, save that refunds seem to take ages, when paying takes a microsecond. Also they should talk between various departments, which would have avoided me getting a refund for something that was still in stock. However, where Ebuyer completely let the customer down is by using Yodel, who are renowned for being totally useless. In my case, they failed to deliver on a Saturday when it was paid for, managed to deliver on a Monday, at which time I discovered the item had been damaged in transit. they failed to pick up the damaged item on the Wednesday and then lied about attempting to pick it up and leaving a card. Their HQ also has a different idea of their times, stating they end collection at 1900, not 2100. The damaged item was eventually picked up on the Friday, but I was not told until Tuesday, despite my enquiries, that Yodel had managed to lose the return. Incompetent is too light a word, and their failure to deliver on all levels will drag Ebuyer down. Get rid of Yodel, or offer the customer a choice of delivery companies. I would have paid more for delivery to avoid any entanglement with Yodel, who are the most abjectly useless organisation I have ever come across. Hope that helps. I have repurchased another of the same item, as my refund has still not appeared. I've done this solely so that I can have my printer on a Saturday, as I work nights. We shall see what happens this time.
