As a registered customer I received an email stating I had a token for free next day delivery. Check the delivery page. I logged on and it seemed to suggest either 'over £49 or 5 day delivery' for no charge. I googled it and eventually found someone on a forum explaining that it only shows when completing the sale. If I had not checked online I would have assumed it was not available. You need to clarify this better as I feel you must be losing sales ! With so many companies offering free postage, Amazon Prime etc lot of competition out their ! But eventually, best price and free next day delivery for the product I was looking for means another 5 stars for Ebuyer.
