The service is good; website is accessible but the only quibble is that when one is told that there is free next day delivery token attached to your account it is not shown on that account. Worse, even when having been told that you have such a token when it comes to the final billing page there is no suggestion of free next day delivery. It takes a leap of faith to press the pay now button to discover that in fact you have not been charged for delivery. If it was on the previous page it would have prevented a pointless call to customer services wasting both their and my time.
