in general the whole buying on-line process is straightforward and clear. But don't understand why do you need the date of birth of a customer? As i am only buying a cable not age sensitive materials..... ??! also, the sales pop-up throughout the whole process is very annoying, it should not be there and for a less patient customer, they can easily give up and buy from e-bay, maplins with another click of a button.... online shopping should be in a straight line but not going into branches/fork ...... (i nearly gave up after clicking off the pop-up for the 4th time!) thank you.
