I have had to order twice as each time, my order has been cancelled. It didn't state a reason why and when ringing up to find out, I didn't get a response and had to ring back the next day. When ordering again after an advisor suggested to do so, it was once again cancelled. After ringing AGAIN, I was told that the products could not be delivered to the shipping address. When I asked why, I got told the information could not be disclosed by the accounts team.
What possible information can't be told to stop a product from being delivered?
