I have been using Ebuyer since 2004 and with 5 growing children at that time I soon learned how to build PC's and that Ebuyer was the best place to get the necessary components. Prices and choice are usually as keen as anywhere and with a range of delivery options and daily offers on free delivery. Only problem I have ever had that was not resolved satisfactorily was with a new hard drive (Seagate 1TB) bought a couple of years or so ago which turned out to be dead on arrival but EBuyer would not let me return it and redirected me to the Manufacturers who after weeks of messing sent me a replacement which was a 2nd hand repaired item.... I was not happy and having since read the Sale of Goods act won't be falling for that again EBuyer ! That glitch aside I am confident in getting the right deal with EBuyer and will continue to use them.
