I have used them for years, alternatives being Amazon (which I prefer because of Amazon vouchers from supermarkets etc and avoid cards online where possible) or a local supplier. I especially like next day timed delivery even for a late order, which is normally fine.
But when things go wrong with express delivery, they do not seem to appreciate the urgency, the importance of communicating what is happening, or to compensate properly (on request they might refund the difference with regular shipping). At the time it can be highly annoying: eg. A year or two back, I ordered for urgent Saturday delivery within their deadline. But their processing was not completed within the deadline - and so the Saturday delivery was rescheduled to the Saturday a week later! It was resolved but not easily. Also once an aggressive "security check" on a card that had been used many times before meant an urgent order was cancelled at the last minute when I was relying on urgent delivery. I didn't realise until the delivery did not turn up.
It does not happen very often and these are/were the only real problems over some years. They are OK with returns also, but were better some years ago. Overall a company as good or better than others, but some improvements could be made. Prices are very good, only occasionally will Amazon or even an Argos special (eg on a printer) be much cheaper.
